Life Coaching Certificate

Cohen Institute offers a Life Coaching Certificate Description

This certificate allows the student to coach others in various areas of their life, such as finances, physical fitness and other problematic situations.  This program requires a total of 32 credit hours for non-degree program students and 26 credit hours for Degree Program students.   

The cost per credit hour for this program is $75.00 for non-degree program students and regular credit hour pricing for those already enrolled in a program.

The total cost for the Life Coaching Certificate for non-degree program students is $2,400.00 plus required books.



CILF 870 Life Coaching - Financial Freedom
This course teaches how to make wise usage of finances, spending money to help those in need, and to spread the gospel.

CILF 881 Total Life Coaching I
This course offers an in-depth guide to professional coaching from a Christian worldview with special attention given to coaching theories, practice, skills, and various coaching specialties.

CILF 891 Total Life Coaching II
This course is a continuation of Total Life Coaching I.

CILF 882 Physical Wellness Coaching
This course serves as a further exploration of an aspect of professional coaching that includes wellness.  This course will examine health and wellness from a Christian perspective with special attention given to a biblical foundation of health and wellness coaching.

CIKA 671  Christian Meditation                                                             
A study of the art of meditation as a tool to enrich the spiritual lifestyle and devotion unto God.  Christian Meditation is based on biblical principles and helps the student to find inner peace.

CIMI 311  Life Management         
This course deals with how to make proper decisions, the management of the soul, spirit, finances, and time. It also teaches how to set realistic Biblical goals, develop a genuine Biblical vision, and manage one’s body. Suggested textbook – Total Life Management – John Chacha

CITH 501 God’s Kingdom Principles
An explanation of the Kingdom Principles as given in the Sermon on the Mount. Suggested textbook – Studies in the Sermon on the Mount – D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones.

CICC 800 Hereditary Traits
This course will delve into the concept of generational malediction and the process of breaking the cycle of destructive influences

CICC 860 Coaching and Ethics
