Dr. Rubbie Manson Brooks is the Dean of Theology and a professor at Cohen Institute.  She assists with the development of the curriculum and advises the Theology students. She also serves as the Business Manager for the Theology and Elite (1st Century Christianity) Campus.  She has received her Ph.D in Religious Studies with an Emphasis in Teaching and 1st Century Christianity in 2018.  Dr. Brooks is a certified Life Coach specializing in personal finance through Restoration Life Ministry that she founded in 2000. She hosts Life Management Treasures, a radio broadcast on CJoy Internet Radio, where she discusses issues that impact a person’s success and/or failure and provides biblical truths to address these issues. Dr. Brooks has been a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel since 1995.

Dr. Elizabeth Oakley, Ph.D. 

Dr. Elizabeth Oakley is the Administrator of Cohen Institute - Paris Campus. 

She has been a curriculum writer for the Seminary for many years and completed several Doctoral programs.  Her specialty is the study of Judaism, its culture and its essential practice for daily life.  She also excels in the teaching and recitation of the prayer book (Siddur) and Kosher kitchen.  Dr. Elizabeth lives in Paris Tennessee, were she resides with her husband, His Emminence Rabbi Eliyahu ben Avraham, Ph.D.  They both preside over Esnoga Beth El in Paris TN.  Dr. Elizabeth is an ordained Minister and teacher of many.

Meet our Faculty

Dr. Conny Williams is the founder and Chair of Cohen Institute.  She is also the Dean of School of Metaphysics and Ancient Wisdom which is a division of Cohen Institute.  She has earned various Doctoral Degrees in the areas of Theology, Philosophy, Pastoral Studies and Divinity through International College of Bible Theology and Midwest Seminary of Bible Theology.  She has also earned a Ph.D. in Kabbalah through Cohen Institute.  Dr. Conny Williams has a passion to instill knowledge to those who seek it.  She believes that one can only know God through seeking Him in all facets that He has made available to His creation and education is one of them.  Dr. Conny, as she is called by her students, is actively involved in the development of Cohen’s curriculum and teaches it in the classroom as well.  A Master of Meditation in the field of Metaphysics and a Leader in her congregation.
